You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify Koda855 immediately via live chat or by contacting our support team if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. Koda855 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
Koda855 applies KYC procedures in accordance with applicable international gaming standards. Prior to processing any withdrawal, you may be required to submit identity verification documents. Verification documents accepted include: Malaysian MyKad, passport, utility bills (dated within 3 months), and bank statements confirming your registered payment method.

All bonus funds are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements before they or associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in each promotion's terms. For example, a RM100 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must wager a total of RM1,000 before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds.
Each welcome bonus offer may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Koda855 reserves the right to withhold or revoke bonus funds if it reasonably suspects abuse, collusion, or exploitation of any promotional offer.
While Bonus Funds are active in your account, the maximum permitted single bet or spin is RM250, unless the specific game or promotion states otherwise. Placing bets exceeding this limit while using bonus funds may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings at Koda855's sole discretion.
Not all games contribute equally toward clearing wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Upon requesting closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds not meeting withdrawal conditions) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to Koda855's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall first be referred to Koda855's customer support team for internal resolution. Koda855 aims to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receiving a formal written complaint.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, the parties may agree to submit the matter to a neutral third-party arbitration or mediation process. Nothing in this clause affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable mandatory law in your jurisdiction.
Koda855 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via a notice on the Platform and/or by email to the address registered on your account, where applicable. Such changes will take effect no earlier than seven (7) days following publication of the revised terms on the Platform.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.1.
